Holy Spirit Weekend Report

Posted on: Wednesday, February 17, by: Martin

Last Friday and Saturday we were 1,250 people on the Betteld (Zelhem) for the annual Holy Spirit weekend. Along with Wilkinson and Willem van der Kamp Ouweneel we were lead to this wonderful weekend.

From the first moment there was openness, expectation and space for God to work. Wilkin began on the treasures and storehouses in heaven. Do you want to receive what God has for you lie? Hundreds of people responded. Nice start!

Self I could talk about the baptism in the Holy Spirit. We started with a simple sketch on "the expectation in the upper room of Acts 2. Funny and clear! When the call came almost the whole room forward. The hunger and thirst is enormous.

William went over the forces of the coming age and eventually go on speaking in tongues. You have it already, it's already there You do not need to receive, but the blocks may be eliminated. Many which have often prayed for had begun to speak in new languages. Very special!

On Friday night there was a healing service on the program. It was an eventful evening. God spoke mainly through revelation. One of the most beautiful miracles was the healing of a toe curve. God had me in advance show that someone had crooked toes on his right foot. At one point I talked it out and while the belief that it was healed at that moment. At that time the foot of Franne warm. They were not sure what was happening and did not dare to check into the room. She walked to the bathroom and there she discovered that her toes (which ever has been in a pin) suddenly stood straight. Crying, she came to the podium. God had done what he said. Wilkin and Lieselot stood a long time praying on stage.

This first day was overwhelming. What would Saturday bring? Wilkinson began the 'kabod' (glory) of God. People streamed forward to sin and messes. Very impressive and intense. William went on to "prophesy, you can learn." A beautiful preaching the word which came to full bloom. I myself was really upset about the power of well-known Bible texts in this sermon. Then followed the practice in which people with very concrete ideas and words from God.

At the beginning of the next session, we get the song 'I've got joy' learned. A really big party and the joy that your name is recorded in heaven!

I could talk about "Dreams and Visions," a significant challenge. Just before the sermon, I knew where I would start, but not where I had to work. Because how you put this topic into practice? People sleep ;-)
Fortunately, the special inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Ultimately it was about Samuel and growing up in the temple. Would you dedicate your every day so that a breakthrough will come in dreams, visions, visions and revelation from heaven? We let the people stand and asked those who wanted to dedicate 100% to 'live in the temple "to kneel. In half a second knelt over 1,000 people. Some fell on the floor or were touched by the glory of God. Very impressive.

The final service was the icing on the cake. God spoke by William impressive about "friend of God." Suddenly an invitation for people who are rejected, always under extracted and unloved. Dozens were broken for the stage and God's love was flowing. Healing, innovative and glorious.
The conference ended with the anointing of anyone who wanted it.

My conclusion after this conference is "the spill is larger. There were very special moments, clear miracles and intense worship. Yet the hope for the Netherlands and the growth of the movement of the Holy Spirit touched me the most. God is at work, who will return?

What a fantastic weekend! I must confess that a little skeptical about certain 'charismatic manifestations. " But I have the authenticity, of power glory of God. What stays with me: 1.profeteren, 2.the difference between life in the face of God "and" in the glory of God. " 3.de expectation of the Holy Spirit in my own life. We are blessed in the Netherlands with speakers such as Wilkin, and William Martin: piety without bigotry and made with great passion the heart of God to show. Need to know God better and recharged my battery is huge.

What a great weekend in the broadest sense of the word .... Especially the humor of God. Morning feel to the story of "sing for the Lord" to you to tell. Uncertain as I am, that I shared it with our gebededsgroep. "I will do it?" We had the car 2 minutes and yes .... As you come to walk! Hilarity reigns. The boldness where William of Bath, has not let go of me! I also had a sort of similar experience as you. You spoke about the Revival Tent years ago. When William spoke of Prophecy, I got the words for Curacao. At the same time I knew that this was a known and so basically I was not forward. But God was so powerful that I was pulled forward.
I HAD to respond to His voice.
At the moment I walked up the steps, the people on the 1st row and saw the room behind it, literally, God said: "This is the moment where you have been waiting for" My hand started to shake the power of the Spirit and drew all over my back. At the moment we were kneeling around us every day to dedicate to God, there was a huge piece of healing. I cried from my toes. Meanwhile, God allowed me to see the whole plan of his pantry. Unbelievable .... Humanly, it is much too large. I still can not comprehend. I was used to give another a word now and got myself the revelation that these words about me going ....
